Rider Profile Setup
- Do all of your riders have profiles in RideIQ?

Admin and Trip Organizer Access
- Have you sent RideIQ invitations to all your Admin users and Trip Organizers?

Caregiver awareness and training
- Are the riders’ caregivers aware of the pickup and drop-off process, how to use the HopSkipDrive app, and text notifications?

Onsite staff training
- Are staff onsite aware of how the pickup and drop-off process works?
Daily Queue access for schools
- For districts and charter networks: have you shared Daily Queue access with onsite staff at each school location?

Clear location and rider notes
