Rider notes are a place to include any information that CareDrivers will find useful when driving a rider. CareDrivers can see rider notes in the app. When writing rider notes, do not include sensitive information such as phone numbers.
Consider including information such as:
- Any special needs or accommodations needed.
For example: Alex has limited hearing in one ear. He may ask you to repeat yourself or have difficulty hearing in noisy environments.
- Preferences or sensitivities, if known.
For example: Genesis is sensitive to sound. Please do not play music during the ride.
To add or update rider notes, navigate to the rider's profile and click Edit in the Safety Settings section.
