As an Onsite Staff user with access to the Daily Queue, you can invite additional users from your site to use the Daily Queue. We recommend limiting access to staff at your site who are involved in the pickup and drop-off process.
All invited users must be approved by a RideIQ user with Admin or Trip Organizer-Full Access permissions.
| Note: Do not share access with parents. Parents and caregivers who wish to track their rider's location and status can use the caregiver app to do so, as explained here. |
How to share access to the Daily Queue
To invite additional users, follow the steps below:
- Click Share Access.

- Enter the email address of all new users you want to invite, separated by a comma.

- Select the location the users will manage rides for. As an Onsite Staff user, you can share access to any locations you can access. If you have access to rides for multiple locations, you can select which locations you'd like to share with additional users.
- Click Share. The invited users will receive an email with an invitation to set up a RideIQ account. Once they have signed up, their access will be pending until they are approved by an Admin or Trip-Organizer- Full Access. The invited users will receive an email confirmation once their access is approved.
