By sharing access to the Daily Queue with staff onsite, you can get the right information to the right people so they can manage rides in the moment without sacrificing security or privacy.
Onsite Staff permissions
Accounts with Onsite Staff permissions have view-only access to the Daily Queue only. They can see ride statuses and information for specific assigned locations but cannot schedule, cancel, or edit rides, riders, or any other information in RideIQ.
Onsite Staff can also invite additional Onsite Staff, who must then be approved by a user with Admin or Trip Organizer-Full Access permissions.
Inviting new Onsite Staff users
Users with Trip Organizer-Full Access or Admin permissions can add new Onsite Staff directly. Existing Onsite Staff users can also invite new Onsite Users, but users added this way must be approved by an Admin or user with Trip Organizer-Full Access permissions.
To add a new Onsite Staff user, navigate to the Daily Queue and click Share Access.
Enter the email addresses of the users you'd like to invite, separated by commas. Select the location(s) they should be able to view, then click Share. You can select multiple locations from the account's saved locations.
Users will receive an invitation to join via email.

We recommend limiting Daily Queue access to just those staff directly involved in pickup and drop-off. If you have additional questions about a pending user, you can refer to Added By to see who invited the pending user.
