At HopSkipDrive, we believe in full transparency for each ride. This next-level transparency allows you to keep all Riders’ Caregivers informed about their location, which enables streamlined communications for you.
To see the ultimate benefit of HopSkipDrive, we encourage all Caregivers to download the Caregiver app so they can see where their Riders are and cancel rides for days they know their rider will be out.

(Check out their Safety page) One of the best things about HopSkipDrive is that we — and you — will have real-time visibility into each stage of the ride. That’s right! You’ll know where your child is at all times. Download the app on Google Play or the App Store to track rides in real time. While you will receive text messages with updates when your child has been picked up and dropped off, we highly recommend you download the app to track rides in real time. You'll be receiving a text message from HopSkipDrive prompting you to download the app. I have attached documents (English and Spanish) with more information about HopSkipDrive and how the Caregiver app works.
