Canceled rides
Use the Canceled tab to view information about rides that were canceled. A ride may be canceled by:
- A Ride Organizer in your organization. This is done using RideIQ and is usually because the ride is not needed.
- A rider's caregiver. This is done using the Caregiver app or by calling HopSkipDrive support, usually because the rider is home sick or otherwise does not need transportation for the day.
- The CareDriver. If the rider is not at pickup, the CareDriver must follow a protocol to ensure they have done everything possible to find the rider and that they have waited a set amount of time. After following the protocol, the CareDriver can indicate that the rider was a no-show, canceling the ride if there are no additional riders.

Printing a copy of the Daily Queue
You can print a paper copy of the Daily Queue for staff to use at pickup and drop-off. To print, select the tab you want to print, then click Print to generate a printable PDF.

Contacting a CareDriver
If you need to call or text a CareDriver during a ride, you can access a masked phone number from the Daily Queue that will connect you directly.
To show a contact phone number, click the phone icon in the CareDriver column.

When viewing the Daily Queue on a mobile device, tap the desired ride, then tap Call driver.
The number you see in RideIQ is a masked phone number that can only be used to contact that CareDrive during the specific selected ride. The number you call from will also be masked for privacy. Where supported by the carrier, the CareDriver's caller ID will display HopSkipDrive when you call.
