The Daily Queue is designed to support onsite staff as they manage rides in the moment. Users get access to key actionable information about the rides most relevant to their specific site. As a full-access RideIQ user, you can access this same information, as well as managing access for staff on the ground. With the Daily Queue, you can:
- See current ride status at a glance to identify potential delays
- See CareDriver names, vehicle information, and contact information to facilitate pickup
- View current ETAs for incoming rides
- Review completion and cancellation information for past rides
Accessing the Daily Queue
To view the Daily Queue, navigate to the Rides page and select Daily Queue.
Share access with Onsite Staff
As a user with Admin or Trip Organizer- Full Access permissions in RideIQ, you can invite new users to access the Daily Queue as needed. When you share access with Onsite staff, they gain view-only access to the Daily Queue only. When sharing access, you designate which locations Onsite Staff can view rides for. The Daily Queue can be accessed via desktop or mobile device.
Once added, Onsite Staff can invite additional users to ensure they are able to share the Daily Queue with the most relevant staff. An Onsite Staff user can only share access to rides for locations the original user has access to. New users invited by Onsite Staff must be approved by an Admin or Trip Organizer-Full Access to be granted access to the Daily Queue.

To share access, follow the steps below:

When viewing the Daily Queue, click Share Access.

Enter the email addresses of all users you'd like to add at the same location(s), separated by a comma.
Tip: to protect student privacy, we recommend sharing Daily Queue access for each location only with relevant Onsite Staff at that location.
- Select all the location(s) these users should be able to see ride information for. Click Shae. Invited users will receive an invitation via email to set up their account.

Approving pending users
When a new Onsite Staff user is invited and pending approval, you'll receive an email. Click the link in the email or navigate to the Onsite Staff tab in account settings to manage pending approvals.
Select the pending user and click Approve or Reject, as appropriate. Learn more about managing Onsite Staff in this article.
Navigating the Daily Queue
Rides are listed on four tabs: Inbound, Outbound, Completed, and Canceled. Click the desired tab to find the rides you're looking for. Next, select the desired date and location. If needed, you can also search by rider, CareDriver name, or vehicle.

Rides in progress: Inbound and Outbound
The Inbound and Outbound tabs show all rides that are currently in progress for the selected date and location. You'll see the following information for each ride:
| Status | Statuses are based on the most recent location data HopSkipDrive has received for the ride. Statuses update in real time as the ride progresses.

| Riders | This column shows all riders scheduled for the ride.

| Scheduled Arrival / Scheduled Completion | For inbound rides, this is the time the CareDriver was scheduled to arrive at your location. For outbound rides, this is the time the CareDriver was scheduled to complete the last drop-off on the ride. Use this in combination with the estimated times to understand ride status. |

Estimated Arrival / Estimated Completion |
For inbound rides, this is the CareDriver's estimated arrival time at your location. For outbound rides, this is the estimated time the last drop-off will be completed. Use this in combination with the scheduled times to understand ride status. |

Vehicle, Color, CareDriver, License Plate |
These columns show key information about the CareDriver for the ride and their vehicle. Click the eye icon to see a picture of the CareDriver's vehicle. Vehicle pictures are also included when you print a copy of the Daily Queue. Click the phone icon to show a phone number you can use to contact the CareDriver during the ride. |
| Services | This column indicates any Rider Services enabled for a rider on the ride. |
Completed rides
Use the Completed tab to review rides that were successfully completed for at least one rider for the selected date and location. This list will include rides where one or more riders were removed. You can view the following information for completed rides:
| Status | All rides on this tab will have a status of Completed. |
| Riders | This column shows all riders scheduled for the ride.

| Scheduled completion: | This is the time the last drop-off was scheduled to occur. |
| Completed at: | This is the time the last drop-off actually did occur, based on the time the CareDriver recorded the drop-off in their app. |
| Vehicle, Color, CareDriver, License Plate | These columns show key information about the CareDriver for the ride and their vehicle. Click the eye icon to see a picture of the CareDriver's vehicle. |
Canceled rides
Use the Canceled tab to view information about rides that were canceled.
You can see the following information about canceled rides:
| Status | All rides on this tab will have a status of canceled. |
| Riders | This column shows all riders scheduled for the ride.

| Started time | The time the CareDriver was scheduled to start the ride. |
| Cancellation Reason | Learn more about what each cancellation reason means in this article. |
| Canceled at | This column shows the time and date the ride was canceled. |
Printing the Daily Queue
The Daily Queue is optimized for mobile use so your onsite staff can review ride statuses on phones or tablets if needed. However, you also have the option to print the queue so staff can work with a paper version. To print a copy, select the tab you'd like to print, then click Print to generate a printable PDF file.
