To clear all upcoming transportation for a Rider, navigate to the Rider's profile and click Cancel All Rides. This will cancel all upcoming rides for the Rider. For any rides that include other Riders, the selected Rider will be removed without affecting the other Riders.
When to use Cancel All Rides
Use this option when you need to remove all scheduled rides while keeping the Rider's account active. If the Rider will no longer need transportation through HopSkipDrive, you can deactivate their account. You can also pause a Rider for temporary breaks in transportation.
