For account security, HopSkipDrive requires multi-factor authentication to log in to your RideIQ account. Every 30 days you will be required to enter a security code received via email to log in to your account. This applies to each separate device you may use to log in.
Logging in with multi-factor authentication
When you see a message prompting you to enter a code for multi-factor authentication, check your inbox for an email from HopSkipDrive containing the code. Enter the code and click Confirm.
If you did not receive the code
If you did not receive the code for multi-factor authentication, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm that you are checking the inbox of the email associated with your RideIQ account
- If it has been more than 10 minutes since the first code was sent, click Send Code again to send a new code.
