Including a photo in each Rider's profile is a simple way to improve efficiency at pickup. When you include a photo, CareDrivers are able to see it in their app, making it easier for them to quickly find the right Rider, even at a busy after-school pickup.
Who can see the Rider photo?
Rider photos are visible in RideIQ to users in your organization.
CareDrivers can see a small Rider photo not associated with a Rider name when reviewing rides to claim. They are able to see a larger photo and the Rider's name as they complete the pickup process.
How to add a Rider photo
To add a photo to a Rider's profile, follow the steps below:
- On the Rider's profile, click Edit.

- Click Upload New Photo then select the desired photo (no larger than 10 MB).

- Click Save.
Caregiver photo upload
If you do not have a picture of the Rider or if the Caregiver prefers to upload a different photo, they can do so in the Caregiver app. Read instructions for uploading a photo in the Caregiver app here.
