Once enabled for your account, Ride Recording is controlled at the rider level. If a rider’s caregiver prefers to opt out of the service, you can remove it for their rider. Once the service is removed from the rider’s profile, their upcoming rides will no longer be recorded.
How to remove the Ride Recording: In-App Rider Service
To remove Ride Recording from a rider profile, follow the steps below:
- On the rider’s profile, in Safety Settings, click Edit.
- Under Services, click to clear Ride Recording: In-App, then click Save.
The changes will take effect immediately and will automatically be applied to any upcoming scheduled rides.
