Adding a photo to your rider's profile helps the CareDriver find them at pickup. Any caregiver can add or edit their rider's photo in the Caregiver app.
Follow the steps below to to add a photo of your rider:
- On the side menu, tap Profile.
- Tap Riders, then select the rider you want to edit.
- Tap Add photo or tap the pencil icon to replace an existing photo.
- You can choose to take a photo or upload a photo saved on your phone. Crop the photo as desired to be sure you clearly show your child's face.
- Tap Save to confirm your changes.
