HopSkipDrive offers two options for audiovisual recording during rides.
Ride Recording: In-App: for riders with this service enabled, rides are recorded via the HopSkipDrive CareDriver app. Rides can only be claimed by CareDrivers who have opted in to video recording on their device via the CareDriver app. Recordings are securely stored and are never accessible to CareDrivers.

Ride Recording: Dashcam: for riders with this service enabled, rides are recorded via an external dashcam. Rides can only be claimed by CareDrivers who have a dashcam in the vehicle. Recordings are securely stored and are never accessible to CareDrivers.
