The Must Be Met at drop-off requirement is assigned at the location level. If a rider no longer needs to be met at a given location, you can remove the requirement. Any Authorized Individual groups you created will be saved and will be available to be used if you later re-enable Must Be Met for the location.
Follow the steps below to remove the Must Be Met requirement from a location:
- On the rider's profile, in Locations, select the location you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Click to clear Rider must be met at drop-off, then click Save.
The Must Be Met requirement will be removed for the location for all upcoming rides. Repeat this process for all locations for which Must Be Met is no longer required.
