If you need to contact a CareDriver directly during a ride, you can do so through RideIQ. CareDriver phone numbers are available from the Ride Overview or the Daily Queue.
CareDriver contact information on the Daily Queue
To show a contact phone number for the CareDriver on the Daily Queue, click the phone icon next to the CareDriver's name. Note that you will only be able to contact the CareDriver while the ride is in progress.

When viewing the Daily Queue on a mobile device, tap the desired ride, then tap Call driver.

CareDriver contact information on the Ride Overview
To contact a CareDriver during a ride, follow the steps below:
- On the Rides page, select the desired ride.
- In the Ride Overview panel, click CareDriver.
- Near the CareDriver's photo, click Show phone number.
You'll see a phone number you can call to directly contact the CareDriver.

About masked phone numbers in RideIQ
The number you see in RideIQ is a masked phone number that can only be used to contact that CareDriver during the specific selected ride.
The number you call from will also be masked for privacy. Where supported by the carrier, the CareDriver's caller ID will display HopSkipDrive when you call.
