If you have questions about a ride in progress, call or text our Safe Ride Support Team at:
(844) 467-7547 press 1 for Safe Ride Support, then 1 for School Partners.
The Safe Ride Support team monitors every ride in real time and can answer your questions any time you need to know what's happening on an active ride.
Contacting a CareDriver
To call a CareDriver directly, open the desired ride. On the Ride Overview panel, select the CareDriver tab. Click Show phone number to display an anonymized phone number you can use to contact the CareDriver. Learn more here.
