How to download Ride Recordings
Recordings from rides with Ride Recording: In-App and Ride Recording: Dashcam rides become available within 24 hours of the end of the ride and remain available for 30 days.
Follow the steps below to download ride recordings.
- On the side menu, click Recordings.
- Select the desired ride. You can use the Jump To date feature and search by rider names, tags, or locations to find the ride you are looking for.

Click Download.
- Select a download reason. You can select:
- Review or general monitoring: choose this reason if you are downloading the recording as part of a general review of rides or recording quality check.
- Incident investigation: choose this reason if you are downloading the recording to investigate a specific incident.

Something else: if you are downloading the recording for another reason, enter it here.
Click Download.
