When reviewing rides on the Rides page or Rides section of a rider profile, check the Driver column to verify whether the Ride has been claimed by a CareDriver. You will see the name of the CareDriver who has claimed the ride. Rides that have not yet been claimed will say Confirmed.

When viewing an individual ride, you can see the CareDriver's name on the Ride Overview panel.
Click the CareDriver tab to see more information.
If you don't see the CareDriver tab, that means the ride hasn't yet been claimed.
When checking whether rides have been claimed, keep in mind that while most rides are claimed 12-24 hours in advance, they may be claimed any time up until the ride is scheduled to begin. As the ride time approaches, HopSkipDrive offers incentives to ensure all riders get where they need to go.
