The Removed tab on the Rides page shows riders who have been removed from a multi-rider ride that was completed for the remaining riders.
Access the Removed list from the main Rides page by clicking the Removed tab.
What appears on the Removed list
A rider will appear on the Removed list when:
- The rider was removed within the cancellation window
- The ride was completed for the remaining riders
- The rider was removed from a single ride, rather than a Ride Series
How to use the Removed list
Review the Removed list to identify riders who may need to be removed from additional rides to avoid charges for last-minute cancellations and rider no-shows.

For example: You have scheduled a pickup Ride Series and a drop-off Ride Series for 3 riders to take them to and from school. One morning, rider Jamie is not at pickup because his family is on vacation. The CareDriver marks Jamie as a no-show and completes the ride with the other riders. You check the Removed list and see that Jamie has been removed from his morning ride. Since he will not need to be picked up from school, you remove him from his afternoon ride, avoiding a charge for a last-minute cancellation. |
Each rider is listed individually on the Removed list. If more than one rider was removed from the same ride, they are listed separately, allowing you to make decisions for each rider.
Any rider who has another ride scheduled for the same day as the ride they were removed from will be marked with a clock icon.
To remove the rider from these future rides, click the clock icon. Review the upcoming rides, then select the appropriate cancellation reason and click Apply. The rider will be removed from all listed rides. 
Other places you can view removed riders
You can also see riders who were removed from a single ride in a series in the following places:
- On the Ride Details page, the rider will be marked not riding. Riders who have been removed from the entire series will no longer be listed on the Ride Details page.
- In the Completed and In progress &Upcoming ride lists, removed riders will also be marked not riding.
