It is important to schedule rides far enough in advance that CareDrivers have time to claim them from the marketplace.

General rides: for general rides, you must schedule rides at least 6 hours before the ride start time. As a best practice, we recommend scheduling rides at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
- Rider Services: for rides with WAV or Rider Assistant enabled, you must request a ride at least 72 hours before the ride start time.
