Symptoms: When adding a Contact to a Rider profile, the new contact replaces an existing contact rather than being added as an additional contact.
Cause: This occurs when the new contact has the same phone number as an existing contact. Each contact on a Rider's profile must have a unique phone number.
Resolution: If you have multiple contacts who share a phone number, enter both names as a single contact. This allows you to record the names of everyone who may call from or answer at that contact number.
