Use RideIQ Reports to generate a report of completed rides, upcoming rides, billed cancels, ride credits, and Rider delays for a specific Rider.
Follow the steps below to generate a Rider summary:
- On the Reports page, in Date, select the time period you want to report on. You can generate data for up to 12 months.
- In Filter by Status, select all ride statuses you want to see information for. Filters are cumulative, not restrictive. If you select multiple statuses, the report will include all rides that fit any of the selected statuses. You can select:
- Completed: See all rides completed during the selected period.
- Upcoming: See all rides scheduled for future dates during the selected period.
- Billed Cancels: See all rides that incurred cancellation charges during the selected period.
- Credits: See all credits issued for rides during the selected period.

Rider Delays: See each ride where the CareDriver waited for the Rider for more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

- In Riders, remove the All Riders filter, then type the name of the Rider you want to report on. If you'd like to report on multiple Riders, add all desired names, then, in Group by, select Rider.

- Click Apply Filters to run your report. Once you have run your report, you can:
