When creating a new Rider, you may see a warning that you are creating a duplicate Rider, as shown below.
This warning appears when you create a new Rider whose birth date and name match or are very similar to an existing Rider. It is intended to prevent duplicate profiles from being created for the same Rider.
- If the Rider is a duplicate, click the Rider's name to go to the existing Rider profile, where you can make any necessary edits or schedule rides.
- If the Rider you are creating is not a duplicate, click Continue with New Rider to continue creating the Rider as usual.
