When claiming rides in a Ride Series, you may see rides that you are not able to claim. These rides will appear as unfilled circles with a gray outline on the calendar.

There are multiple reasons a ride may be unavailable to claim even when you are the Primary CareDriver for the series. These include:
- The ride conflicts with a ride you have previously claimed
- Another CareDriver has claimed the ride. This would only happen if you are claiming the Ride Series for the first time or if there are rides you did not claim before they became available to others. Learn more here.
The CareDriver app will only display a Ride Series to you if you are able to claim at least 80% of the available rides, ensuring that you will be able to maintain your Primary CareDriver status. However, it is possible to see and claim a Ride Series where there will consistently be some rides unavailable for you to claim.
