As a Primary CareDriver, you have exclusive first access to claim rides in your claimed Ride Series before other CareDrivers. You can review and claim rides up to three weeks in advance.
Each Sunday you'll be able to view and claim a new week's worth of rides. New rides become available at 6:00 PM.
You can see available rides on the My Rides page. Toggle to Ride Series, then tap the Ride Series you want to view rides for.
Claiming rides using the calendar
You'll see a calendar showing scheduled rides for the next three weeks. Keep in mind that you may need to swipe to the next month to see all rides.
Review the available rides and tap the rides you want to claim.

Checking your claim rate
In order to maintain your status as the Primary CareDriver for a series, you must maintain a claim rate of 80% or higher. Your claim rate is calculated over the entire time you have been Primary CareDriver for the series.
As you claim rides, check the status bar at the bottom of the screen. When you have claimed the minimum number of rides required to maintain your Primary CareDriver status, the bar will turn green.
When you have selected all the rides you want to claim, tap Claim [#] Rides to confirm. Check back each week to claim additional rides.
