Yes, it is possible to cancel a ride without losing your Primary CareDriver status. When you claim a Ride Series, you commit to regularly driving a set schedule of rides. However, if you are unable to drive a specific ride, you can cancel it without losing your claim to the Ride Series as long as you have still claimed at least 80% of the available rides.

How to check your Ride Series claim percentage
Follow the steps below to view the percentage of rides you currently have claimed:

On the My Rides page, toggle to Ride Series.

For each of your claimed Ride Series, you can see the percentage of available rides you have currently claimed. If the number is 80% or higher, you have claimed enough rides to keep the series. If it is below 80% you'll need to claim more rides (if available).
How to cancel a ride in a series
