When reviewing and choosing rides, CareDrivers have the option to add the ride to their cart rather than immediately claiming it. After putting a ride in your cart, you have five minutes to claim it.
If you add rides to your cart but see a message that you have run out of time before you are able to claim them, this may be due to the time settings on your phone.
