If you are certified as both a CareDriver and a Rider Assistant, you can claim rides and Ride Series as either role. When claiming rides, you will claim Rider Assistant rides in the Assist section and CareDriver rides in the Drive section.
After you have claimed a ride or Ride Series, you'll see both Rider Assistant and CareDriver rides in the My Rides section. Rides are displayed in chronological order. As you review your upcoming schedule, you can see which role you'll be in for each ride shown at the top of the ride. All rides are marked either Rider Assistant or CareDriver.
