If you need to make changes to the time or location of a ride scheduled for your child, contact the organization that manages your child's rides. They will work with HopSkipDrive to make any required changes.
If your child does not need a ride, you can cancel the ride using the HopSkipDrive caregiver app. Learn how to cancel a ride here.
