Yes! If you'd like your Rider to receive information about their scheduled rides and the CareDriver who will be picking them up, you can add a phone number to their Rider profile. Learn how to add a Rider phone number here. 
Messages riders receive
Riders with phone numbers entered in the app receive the following messages.
Scheduling messages
- A message with the date, time, and pickup and drop-off locations when a ride or series is scheduled.
- A message when a ride or series is edited, including any changes to dates, times, or pickup/drop-off locations.
- A message when a ride or series is canceled.
Ride updates
- A message when the CareDriver starts the ride, listing their name, vehicle information and status (on time or delayed). This message includes a photo of the CareDriver and their vehicle as well.
- A message when the CareDriver arrives, including the CareDriver name and the rider's code word.
- A message if the CareDriver is running late.
