Rider Services are optional services that can be added to support riders with specific needs. Each Rider Service must be enabled at the account level, and can then be enabled for specific riders. Learn more about Rider Services here.
When you enable a Rider Service for a rider, it applies to all that rider's rides and a Rider Service fee is applied to each ride.

You can see fees for Rider Services in the Fare Details section of an individual ride:
