When two districts share costs for a Rider, that Rider's charges are divided between the Attending District and the Residence District. You can learn more about how shared billing works in this article.
Invoices for the Residence District are issued to a specified contact at the Residence District. The Attending District and Residence District should communicate and identify the best Residence District contact to receive invoices and updates. The Attending District is responsible for entering this information into RideIQ. If you are part of the Residence District, contact the Attending District directly to request any changes.
Follow the steps below to edit the Contact Name and email address for the Residence District:
- On the Rider's profile, click Edit.

- Enter the name and email address of the new contact and click Save. The new contact will receive email updates and invoices going forward.
