If your contract includes ride-building services, you can submit your desired rides using the Ride Request form.
- If you choose to add ride details by completing the form, please be sure to fill out all required fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- If you choose to upload a ride sheet, fill out the Submitter's Email Address, Request Reference Name, and Confirmation Email Recipient fields, then upload an .xslx, .doc, or .pdf file. Reference this template to see all required fields. To create an editable copy of the template, click File, then Make a copy.
- After you have added your file as an attachment, submit the form.
