The Waybill: Digital ID is an additional option for digital identity verification when a CareDriver arrives to pick up a Rider. This digital ID is available in the CareDriver app and provides key information you can use to confirm the identity of the CareDriver and which Rider(s) they are transporting if necessary or required by local regulations.

How to use the Waybill: Digital ID
When a CareDriver arrives, onsite staff at pickup may request to see the trip Waybill to confirm the driver and ride information. CareDrivers access the Waybill on the side menu of the CareDriver app.
Information on the Waybill can be cross-referenced with the information on the Daily Queue in RideIQ.
Information in the Waybill: Digital ID
The Waybill contains the following information about the CareDriver:
- CareDriver photo
- Vehicle photo
- First and last name
- Bio: the CareDriver Bio includes the city they drive in and summary information about their caregiving experience.
- TCP #
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Plate #
- Drivers license number
The Waybill contains the following information about the CareDriver's current ride:
- Date
- Rider name(s)
- From (the address of the first pickup)
- To (the address of the last drop-off)
- Booked via
