As a ride organizer, you can cancel a ride, or remove specific riders from a multi-rider ride.
When you can cancel a ride
A ride can be canceled any time before the CareDriver arrives at the first pickup location.
A rider can be removed from a multi-rider ride any time before the CareDriver arrives at that rider's pickup location.

How to cancel a ride
Follow the steps below steps to cancel a single ride:
- Select the ride you want to cancel and click Cancel Rides.
- If the ride is part of a series, select Just this ride: [date], then select a cancellation reason.
- Click Confirm to confirm the ride cancellation. The ride will be canceled and the caregiver, CareDriver (if applicable), and rider (if they have a phone number on their profile) will be notified.
