If you are having trouble updating your ride status in the app or it seems to be running very slowly, try the following troubleshooting tips:

Check the app status: if there is an issue with the app it will be reported on this page. If the app is operational, try the troubleshooting steps below.

Turn your wifi off. Turning wifi off can often solve connection issues. Note that turning the wifi off is different from not being connected to a wifi network.

Close the app, then re-open it. Be sure you close the app completely, rather than minimizing it. You can find instructions for closing an app here for iPhone or Android.

Turn your phone off, then back on.

Log out of the CareDriver app, then log back in.

Uninstall then re-install the CareDriver app.
