This article explains what to do if you have moved or otherwise need to update the home address for your Rider.

If a school district or other organization manages rides for your rider, contact that organization directly to provide the new address. Please contact the organization as far ahead of time as possible to allow time to update scheduled rides.
- If you schedule and manage rides yourself, you can add your new address as a new Location in the app. The HopSkipDrive app doesn't currently support deleting or editing addresses for existing Locations, so we recommend changing the name of your old address to "Do Not Use" to avoid confusion.
Once you have added the new address, edit any scheduled rides as needed to use the new Location.
