The phone number in your Caregiver profile is the number where you will receive text message updates about rides. If HopSkipDrive support or the CareDriver need to contact you about a ride, this is also the number they will use.
If you need to update the phone number on your Caregiver profile, you can do so in the Caregiver app.

Editing your profile phone number
Follow the steps below to update your phone number:
- On the side menu, tap Profile.
- Under Phone number, enter the desired phone number. Tap Save to confirm your changes.
- You'll receive a text message with a code to confirm the new phone number.
