Reactivating a Rider

Deactivated riders can be reactivated at any time, allowing you to schedule rides for them once again without having to rebuild the rider profile from scratch. When you reactivate a rider you will have to schedule new rides. All rides that were scheduled before they were deactivated will remain canceled. 

Reactivate a single rider

Follow the steps below to reactivate a rider:

1. On the Riders page, click the Deactivated tab.
   
    
    
2. Click the rider you'd like to reactivate, then click Reactivate.
   
   
    
3. When prompted, click Reactivate to confirm.

Reactivate riders in bulk

To reactivate multiple riders at the same time, follow the steps below:

1. On the Riders page, click the Deactivated tab.
    
2. Using the check boxes, select all the riders you want to reactivate.
    

3. Click Actions, then click Reactivate rider(s).
    

   

4. Click Confirm. We recommend reviewing rider information to ensure it is up to date before you begin scheduling rides.
