We understand how important it is to be informed and aware of any delays to a ride. If a pickup at a school location is delayed by 20 minutes or more, HopSkipDrive will contact your organization via automated phone call to provide an updated ETA. This phone call will be made to your organization's designated lateness contact, if you have provided one. Otherwise, HopSkipDrive will contact the Ride Organizer who scheduled the ride.
This setting can also be adjusted to make the automated call at 10 minutes if desired. If you would like to make changes to the timing or the designated lateness contact, please contact your Metro Service Manager.
