Accurate information about whether rides are on time, early, or late is key to managing transportation.
On the In Progress & Upcoming page, use the Planned Pickup Time and Estimated Pickup Time columns to quickly identify rides that are at risk of being late. To see the latest data, click Refresh now. 
After pickup is complete, the Estimated Pickup Time column shows the actual time that pickup was completed.

When viewing an individual ride, you can see the CareDriver's estimated arrival time at pickup, which is tagged as Late if applicable.

If you see a ride marked Delayed that does not include an estimated pickup arrival time, that means the ride has not yet been claimed by a CareDriver. When this occurs, the ride is classified as an ASAP ride to encourage an available CareDriver to claim the ride as quickly as possible.
