If a school district or other organization manages rides for your Rider(s), you will receive an invitation to monitor your Rider's rides in the Caregiver app. To begin monitoring, follow the steps in this article.
As a caregiver monitoring rides, you have certain permissions to make changes to your Rider's information and schedule. Other aspects of the ride can only be changed by the organization that scheduled the ride.
Rider profile
You can edit the following information in your Rider's profile:
- Birthday
- Email address
- Phone number
- Code Word
- Emergency contact
To make changes to the Rider's name, gender, or safety settings, please contact the organization managing the rides directly.
Rides
As a caregiver, you can:
- View upcoming scheduled rides
- View information about the CareDriver who has claimed a ride
- Monitor the ride in real time
- Cancel a ride
