When the CareDriver is on their way to pick up your rider, you'll receive a text message with the following information:
- CareDriver name
- Car make, model, year, and color
- A picture of the car
- License plate number
In addition, you can see this same detailed information about the CareDriver in the HopSkipDrive app as soon as the ride is claimed. Learn more about how to tell when a ride has been claimed in this article.
In the HopSkipDrive app, tap the ride to see more details about the CareDriver.
To read a short CareDriver bio, tap the CareDriver's name.
During a ride, you can access this information any time by tapping Info in the upper right corner while monitoring the ride.
