When the CareDriver is on their way to pick up your rider, you'll receive message with the following information:
- CareDriver name
- Car make, model, year, and color
- License plate number
Tap the link in the message to see this same detailed information about the CareDriver in the Caregiver app. Even before the CareDriver is on the way, you can access this information in the app as soon as the ride is claimed. Viewing CareDriver information in the Caregiver app
In the Caregiver app, tap the ride to see more details about the CareDriver. Before the ride begins, you can see the CareDriver's name and vehicle information.
After the ride has started, you can still see the CareDriver's basic information under the map. You can access a picture of the CareDriver's vehicle by tapping Info in the upper right corner.
