What is the phone number for the rider support line?
When the CareDriver is on the way, riders receive a text with the dedicated rider support line phone number. They can call the listed number or respond via text message to contact support.
| Note: in order to reach the dedicated rider support line, riders must call or text from the phone number associated with their profile. Contacts from other numbers will be connected to the general HopSkipDrive Support phone line. |
How quickly will HopSkipDrive support respond if a rider texts or calls?
Calls or texts from riders who are on an active ride are routed with high priority to ensure a prompt response.
