Automated reply: Your message could not be sent to this number. Please contact support if you need help. DO NOT REPLY to this message.
You will receive this message when the user you are trying to text does not have a valid phone number. When this happens, HopSkipDrive is alerted and will work to resolve the issue. If you need help, contact support via chat or phone.
