Once a ride is scheduled, it is released to the ride marketplace to be claimed by a CareDriver. You can check whether an upcoming ride has been claimed using the HopSkipDrive app.
If you schedule rides for your ride, you can check whether a ride has been claimed in the HopSkipDrive app. You will also receive a text message when a CareDriver has claimed a ride you scheduled.
On the My Rides screen, you will see a check mark next to rides that have been claimed by a CareDriver.

When you view a specific ride, you can see details about the CareDriver who has claimed it. If you don't see this information, it means the ride hasn't yet been claimed.

If your ride hasn't yet been claimed, no need to panic. As the time of the ride approaches, HopSkipDrive will begin to highlight the ride in our marketplace to encourage CareDrivers to claim it. In the unlikely event that no CareDriver is able to claim the ride, HopSkipDrive will contact you ahead of time to ensure you have enough time to make other arrangements.
