When attempting to contact a CareDriver through the app, you may see the following message:
Automated message: This message was not delivered because this ride is no longer active. Contact Safe Ride Support if you need assistance. DO NOT REPLY to this message.
You will receive this message when you attempt to contact the CareDriver after your current ride is over. For safety reasons, HopSkipDrive users can only contact each other during an active ride.
