When applying to be a CareDriver, you can upload documents by taking a photo on your phone and uploading it using the CareDriver app.
In this article, learn what to do if you see a Cannot Process Photo error when trying to upload a document. 
Why Am I Seeing this Error Message?
This message means that the photo you uploaded is not clear. It could be because the photo is too dark, blurry, or too far away from the document. To resolve the issue, try the following:
- Take a new picture of the document. Follow these tips to make sure it is clear. Then tap Reupload to upload the new photo.
- If you have a PDF or other electronic version of the document, you can upload the file instead of a photo.
Still Having Trouble?
If uploading a new photo doesn't resolve the issue, you will be prompted to enter the information on the document manually. Type the information on the document in the appropriate fields, then tap submit. HopSkipDrive will review and verify the information.
