HopSkipDrive requires you to submit certain documents in order to be certified as a CareDriver. You can upload all required documents directly in the CareDriver app by taking a picture or by uploading a picture or electronic copy of the document that you already have.
Follow the steps below to upload a document:
- When you see confirmation that you meet the initial requirements to become a CareDriver, tap Next to begin the document upload process.
- You'll see a list of required documents. Tap Upload when you're ready to upload a document.
- Some documents, such as your Driver's License, may require a photo of both the front and back. Tap the camera icon or Upload to move forward.

- Choose how you'd like to upload the document. You can:
- Take a Photo using your phone's camera
- Select a photo you already took from your Photo Library
- Browse files on your phone for a PDF or other copy of the document.
- Tap Next Document to upload the next required document. If you see an error message, follow the instructions to upload a document that meets the requirements or a clearer version of the document. You can also tap Enter document details to type your information manually.
- When you have uploaded all required documents, review the information in the Document Summary to confirm that it is correct. Tap Edit to update any information that is incorrect.
- Tap Submit to submit your documents.
