A Ride Series is a set of repeating rides that happen on a set schedule. CareDrivers can claim ride series to become the Primary CareDriver for that series, giving them exclusive access to claim rides. You can learn more about ride series here.
However, if you are no longer able to commit to being the Primary CareDriver for a ride series, email driversupport@hopskipdrive.com or call or text 844-HOP-SKIP. Provide the Rider name and time for the ride series and request to be removed as Primary CareDriver. You will be removed and the series will become available for another CareDriver to claim.
| Note: Any future rides you have claimed will remain claimed. If you are not able to drive them, please use the CareDriver app to cancel them as far in advance as possible. |
Alternately, if you do not claim at least 80% of the available rides for a ride series you will be automatically removed as Primary CareDriver.
